EastEnders spoilers – Janine to make exit plan after Mick kiss

EastEnders spoilers follow.

EastEnders‘Janine Butcher will make plans to leave Walford in the wake of her kiss with Mick Carter.

Mick (Danny Dyer) made a move on Janine in Thursday’s episode, but she rejected his advances, aware he is still grieving for Tina – who was raised as his sister.

In next week’s episodes, Janine (Charlie Brooks) tells Mick that she thinks they need to have some space and that she’s leaving for a while.

Mick is left feeling humiliated when Janine rejects the flowers he bought to thank her for helping him.

Before she leaves, Janine attempts to reassure Mick and explains that she wants them to have a proper relationship. However, she thinks they need some time apart to be sure it’s serious between them. How will Mick react?

That remains to be seen, but Janine’s hopes for a romance with Mick could be thwarted anyway.

Recent paparazzi pictures showed Mick’s estranged wife Linda (Kellie Bright) back in Walford and causing chaos at Tina’s funeral.

Linda, who is still struggling with her alcohol addiction, can be seen having an argument with her daughter Nancy (Maddy Hill).

The funeral scenes are due to air later this spring.

Also ahead next week, Stacey will grow increasingly worried about her mum Jean’s behavior.

Stacey suspected that Jean could be having a manic episode for a while now, but her fears will intensify when she spots her on a bouncy castle in the middle of the Square.

With tensions running high, Stacey and Jean come to blows, prompting Jean to move out and make plans to leave London with her new partner Harvey.

EastEnders airs the Mick and Janine latest on Monday, March 21 at 7.30pm on BBC One.
