Fans of the ITV show gushed over the presenters incredible new look as she showcased her new slimmed-down physique.
It comes after the presenter, 47, broke down in tears on the show over her ‘difficult’ obesity struggle just last week, which had a devastating effect on her confidence.

Alison was glowing as she slipped into bright green number that she paired with a flowing black T-shirt and matching wide leg trousers.
She accessorised with a long turquoise necklace and coordinating teardrop shaped earrings.
Her raven tresses wore styled into a very chic updo on top of her head with a sweeping side fringe.
Alison opted for a glamorous palette of makeup with a subtle smokey eyeshadow and matte nude lipstick.

Alison recently broke down in uncontrollable tears as she admitted how obesity has had a devastating effect on her confidence, live on This Morning.
The Weight Watchers ambassador insisted she ‘can’t help’ having the disease and feels people ‘look down’ on her, before being consoled by her co-host Dermot O’Leary.
Alison – who previously confessed she was at her heaviest when weighing over 20st and at dress size 28 – began: ‘When you’re big, people think you’re lazy.
‘I’ve had obesity all my life. What it is is, your regulation system is out of whack. You can’t control wanting to eat all the time. ‘

She continued: ‘A lot of people don’t realize – obesity is a disease. You can’t help it.

‘It’s really difficult. You want all the bad things and you know you don’t look great. Sorry. It really touches me. The NHS need to see it more as a disease. ‘
The heartbreaking confession was brought on by a phone call to the program’s agony aunt Deidre Saunders, who was being asked for advice about their 17-year-old daughter’s food problems.
After the break, the former Big Brother contestant apologized to viewers for her teary-eyed admission, before Dermot warned: ‘Don’t you dare say sorry.’
